These chairs were designed with comfort and pressure management in mind. Steps to building the porter chair for your client:
The Flexi Porter comes as standard with an adjustable waterfall back, fixed Viscoform seat cushion which coupled to the independent back rest recline and seat angle and depth adjustment provides for a range of postural and pressure management options. Other standard features include:
- Sliding footplate
- Heavy duty lockable castors
- D-rings
But with the option to purchase:
- Leg block support with connecting straps
- A range of headrests
- Full length arm covers
You can go even further by upgrading to the Multi Flex which provides you with additional pressure management options:
- A choice of two removable and interchangeable seat back cushions .
- A choice of 6 removable and interchangeable pressure management seat cushions .
- All cushions and covers removable for cleaning and replacement.
The ability to remove and interchange these cushions ensures that the chair can be adapted over time for changing conditions or new users, giving greater longevity of usage.
