Nationwide Servicing, Callout and Repairs

Scooters and powerchairs need regularly servicing to keep them working as they should, to keep you safe, to limit the threat of breakdown or breaking issues and to increase the longevity of the item.

Scooters and powerchairs need regularly servicing to keep them working as they should, to keep you safe, to limit the threat of breakdown or breaking issues and to increase the longevity of the item. Whilst it may be tempting to skip your service to avoid the additional cost and inconvenience, it can both affect your warranty and cause extensive repair work going forwards, so it’s always better to safe than sorry!

We recommend an annual service, which can be booked in at your convenience. We understand how people rely on their equipment on daily basis, so providing no significant repairs or parts are needed, we aim to have a maximum of just a 24 hour turnaround.

Other issues? As with any other electrical item, unfortunately occasionally scooters and powerchairs can stop working and develop faults. These need attention as soon as possible, so be sure to give us a call and a qualified service technician will be on hand to help. Sometimes all that’s need is help and advice over the phone, but we also offer regular home callouts.

Our team can collect your mobility equipment and bring it back to the workshop for a thorough inspection – returning once any repair work is complete.

Care Homes and Hospitals! For anywhere looking for regular servicing of a large amount of mobility equipment, we can offer service contracts at reduced rates. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch for further information.
