Based on engineering, clinical and scientific advice, this cushion is ideal for those who fit the following:

• have impaired or normal sensation.
• require accommodation of pelvic asymmetry, up to approximately 7.5cm/3in.
• currently have any category/stage pressure injury (including deep tissue injury) and/or skin/soft tissue breakdown.
• are at risk for skin/soft tissue breakdown.
• have a history of any category/stage pressure injury (including deep tissue injury), myocutaneous flap surgery and/or skin grafts, and/or skin/soft tissue breakdown.
• require different positioning on the left and right femur.
• require enhanced stability or correction of pelvic asymmetry (anterior and/or medial lateral posterior).
