The Contour Select's contoured design positions the individual's pelvis further back in the wheelchair and also maintains a central position that prevents unequal weight distribution. The ISOFLO Memory Control unit works to further reduce any front-to-back or side-to-side motion and provide stability, and it does so by locking air into each of the four compartments.

Based on engineering, clinical and scientific advice, this cushion is ideal for those who fit the following:

• have impaired or normal sensation.
• require accommodation of pelvic asymmetry, up to approximately 5cm/2in.
• currently have any category/stage pressure injury (including deep tissue injury) and/or skin/soft tissue breakdown.
• are at risk for skin/soft tissue breakdown.
• have a history of any category/stage pressure injury (including deep tissue injury), myocutaneous flap surgery and/or skin grafts, and/or skin/soft tissue breakdown.
• require different positioning on the left and right femur.
• require enhanced stability
• require correction of pelvic asymmetry (anterior and/or medial lateral posterior).

Washable

This cushion can be easily cleaned with soap and water.

Lightweight
