Covid-19 Rebate for Motability Scheme Customers

 

Since March 2020, Covid-19 restrictions have led to reduced use by customers of their Scheme products. This has led to lower insurance claims, and less wear and tear. As a result, customers have received two £50 rebates from the Motability Scheme.

For customers that joined the scheme before the 18th July 2021, Motability will be sending a third £60 rebate. Rebate payments began in mid-January for customers who’ve already given bank details on their online account, and will be from mid-February for all other customers.

Not sure if you’ve updated your bank details on their system? You can check this in your online account on the Motability website. 

If you don’t yet have an online account, you can set one up at myaccount.motabilityoperations.co.uk and update your payment details in the ‘Personal details’ section of the account.
