We understand it is a worrying time for a lot of people at the minute, especially those with long term illnesses and disabilities.
We are here to support you, and keep you as mobile as possible around isolation constraints. Please be assured that we are taking additional precautions to stop the spread of infection, including hand washing, regular disinfecting of surfaces and door handles, and wearing gloves for all assessments.
If you are interested in a product, but have any concerns with coming in to the shop or delivery then please do give us a call and we'll work with you to come up with a solution.
In the meantime, we are offering:
Free Home Assessments
Minimize the risk of coming out to the shop by letting us come to you instead. We will make sure to wear gloves at all times, and will not send any member of staff out to you if they are feeling at all unwell.
Servicing and Repairs
If you need a scooter service or repair but are concerned about coming out and interacting with people that's not a problem. We will happily collect within a 20 mile radius, and drop back to you afterwards. If you'd like, we are happy for you to just leave it outside for us to collect, and we'll return it to the same place once finished and call to let you know.
Fast & Free Delivery
We understand the limitations when you need something urgently but can't get out to collect. We're offering free standard delivery directly from the supplier if you call and place an order, and in most cases the item should be with you within 48 hours.
Remote Order Processing
We can take payments and process orders both over the phone and via the website. If you have any questions at all in terms of product availability or suitability than we are available six days a week to advise via phone, and would be happy to discuss with you. Alternatively, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
