Brought a scooter from Oakham store over the phone after researching
I found them the best to buy from

They were first class for service, very polite, nothing was a problem for them.
I wanted to phone to ask a question after my scooter arrived
They were 10 out of 10 when I phoned and got back to us ASAP and sorted what we wanted to know
They kept us informed from the word go from when the product was delivered to them and picked up from them and when it would be delivered to me
Arrived safely on the day we were told
The driver asked where I wanted it put, as it was a large box
I asked for it to be brought up to the door for me on the pallet and he helped my husband lift it in the doorway and took the pallet away
There is nothing I could fault with this company
